Usually improves: The blood vessels (capillaries) often will form a red spot that will become more visable and grow in the first 10 mo.It may or may not thicken and distort the surounding skin. They generally peak in size and redness at 10-12 mo before the site gradually fades and disappears by age 4y. Your local doc can confirm this.
