Chest : Chest pains coupled with episodes of fainting are symptoms that should be taken very seriously and your brother should be evaluated as soon as possible. You should either call his doctor and make an appointment or take him to the emergency room. It is important that serious conditions such as a heart arrhythmia or heart attack be ruled out.
