Sinus and Glaucoma: You didn't say whether you have open or closed angle glaucoma. If you took certain meds to relieve your sinus symptoms, they can increase the pressure in your eye, given your glaucoma. Nevertheless, with your history, i would not take lightly your unilateral eye symptoms, even though acute sinus problems can cause eye puffiness and drainage. To be on the safe side, i would check it out.
