I had mastoidectomy. 12 weeks ago. discomfort. fullness in ear. some hearing loss, tinnitus , high pitch constant , adding 2 fatigue, normal? can b fix?

Yes: Most often after a mastoidectomy, dissolvable packing materials are place in the ear and need to be cleaned out by your ENT surgeon. You should have had at least 3 visits by now, if not than call to make an appointment for an exam. This can cause ringing and hearing problems.
