Yes: Welcome to the middle ages! ddd of c5-6 is a normal process of aging and doesn't guarantee symptoms. Nonetheless, the numbness into the shoulder(s) would go along with irritation of the C5 nerve which could be affected in this area. Headaches are usually of the muscle-tension type and likely related. If not worsening, no worries. Try nsaid's, pilates/piyo/yoga, ice/heat pt mckenzie rx if no better.
