Possibilities: A ct scan could have missed a kidney stone that passed just before the scan. It could also miss diverticulitis, depending on whether the ct scan was done with both IV and oral contrast. Colonoscopy is definitely the next thing to do. Another consideration is endometriosis, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, or inflammatory bowel disease.

Depends on imaging: The best way to narrow potential causes would be to re-review the imaging. An abdomen/pelvis ct can be submitted to http://conciergeradiologist.Com in the next month for a second opinion that would better be able to answer your question. Constipation, ovarian cysts, diverticulitis/colitis, or intracolonic masses are most likely to cause left abdominal pain. Stones have been ruled out.
