My boyfriend has what looks like a ringworm on his arm. its been there for a month and i haven't caught one. how can he get rid of it?

First diagnose: It may or may not be a superficial fungal infection, but in order to be certain it would have to be seen. Go have a dermatologist look at it and recommend diagnosis. If not, your local pharmacist has some otc meds you can try. Tell him you are treating a dermatomycosis.
