Could be ringworm...: Not all ringworm itches. It is still certainly possible such a rash is ringworm if pictures on the web match it. Eczema and ringworm and psoriasis to a lesser extent can all look very similar and can fool even experienced doctors. It would be worth seeing a doctor to determine the plan of care. What is good for eczema can make ringworm worse and eczema does not respond well to ringworm meds.
