I agree, it depends: Some women go through the "change" late or early. The current studies show that the safest time to start hrt is around menopause... After that there is some risk of stimulating growth of breast ca in the first few years... After that it appears that it is ok to continue for as long as you continue to feel is provides some improvements in your life...
