Please, what are the cause of tenesmo?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tenesmus is: Sensation that you need to move your bowels. If you don't have stool in your rectum, but still get this feeling, it is caused probably by another mass or abnormal nerves. You need a doctor to investigate this further.
