I'm a 19 year old male, 5'6" with a short spine. dad is 5'11" mom is 5'2" i have a inseam of 33", same as dad, who is normal. never had the pubertal growth spurt. can i have a growth spurt in my spine?

Very unlikely but...: I am sorry to tell you that most men stop growing around age 18- but occasionally some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone might help, but if your growth plates have closed (like most 19 yo's) then you've reached your max. Short trunk: This could indicate scoliosis. If you have a bump in your back that is worse when bending forward, that would explain completely. At 19, not much (if any) spinal growth left. A spine surgeon or orthopedic surgeon would be a good resource if you have questions.
