Possible disc: Ovarian pain does not usually radiate down the leg. Need to rule out a vertebral disc problem. Ask your primary care doctor to arrange lumbar spine study and ? Referral to spine orthopedist or neurosurgeon.

Hmm..: Does it vary with your menstrual cycle? I'm thinking about endometriosis, which would get worse when menses due. Persistent lateralized pain on the right side makes me think: gall bladder, kidney (stones) or even chronic appendicitis. Definitey worth talking to ahealth care provider to examine you and do some simple tests before the expensive ones (u/s;ct;mri).
