No: Cysts on your ovaries would not be associated with swelling inside vagina. Have you seen GYN doctor (assume so if you have diagnosis of cysts on ovaries that can only be seen with imaging) and have you discussed your concerns with your GYN doctor? Cysts on ovaries can be normal issue. Large or many cysts not normal. Causes of vaginal swelling many. Please discuss with your gyn doctor.
