Probably not pcos: Pcos is a hormonal imbalance causing irregular periods, usually associated with weight gain, sometimes acne, unwanted hair growth, - but the small cysts associated with pcos don't cause problems with pain particularly vaginal pain. Sounds like something else going on. You need an exam, and maybe a 2nd opinion from different doctor.

See doctor: Pcos can be uncomfortable but usually isn't. Your doctor will be able to tell if the pcos is causing the pain.
