More likely cyst: It is more likely to be a cyst, but there are other important considerations: appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, hernia, diverticulitis. Much less likely is ovarian cancer unless you have a strong family history of breast and/or ovarian cancer. An ultrasound would be helpful if your symptoms persist or get worse.
