Consider sinuses: See your primary care provider. Look at the ct and MRI reports for any comments about the "paranasal sinuses". Have your scans reviewed to look at the sinuses in your face. Not all scans include the sinuses, esp the maxillary sinuses, which are behind your cheeks. Consider referrals to ENT and/or neurology.

Unknown: This may be an atypical migraine. Most people with headaches have normal mri/ct. The studies are done mainly to make sure there's no underlying disease or tumor.
