Probably migraine: The MRI is worthless - most cases of hemicrania (1-sided headaches) in middle-aged or young females are due to a migraine disorder. 99+% of scans (CT or MRI) will fail to reveal a cause for the headaches because the problem isn't anatomical (there's nothing structurally wrong); rather, the problem is in the way the nerves & blood vessels work together.
