Depends: You cannot base a fit just purely on the curvature (base curve) or diameter of a contact lens. The health and topography of your ocular surface play an important role, as well as the contact lens material and its shape. You should always be fitted and evaluated yearly (as you eye may change) and for any new type of contact lens.
