No Danger in Buildup: Sperm has a natural life cycle, which means they are born, live for awhile and then die. From there the body breaks them down and they are absorbed. More are made continuously. Dead sperm are cleared quickly. There are no established findings suggesting that infrequent ejaculation leads to any significant disease; some data suggest a lower risk for prostate cancer with more frequent ejaculation.
