Applies to all: Any nasal or sinus surgery includes the risk of scar bands in the nose(synechiae) but this is quite rare in a well performed operation. Even if it occurs, many can be easily lysed(cut) in the office post-op. So, not really a big concern. Stenosis of what? The nostril can narrow, the sinus cavity can narrow, so not sure what she/he was referring to there. Get more details.
