Hypothetical scenario - if someone had ethmoid mucoceles and no doctors, could they possibly be squeezed & drained via nose? you don't recommend but?

No: The ethmoid sinuses are located lateral to the middle turbinate or between the eyes. There is no way you can squeeze the nose and drain a mucocoele. Furthermore, a mucocoele is a pathological diagnosis, not a radiological or clinical diagnosis. If you are symptomatic and have pressure between the eyes and post nasal drainage, surgery can cure you.
