Not sure about RSI: I assume you mean repetitive strain injury. Non-painful popping of joints, including the wrists, is common and not concerning. However, if painful, then this requires a physician evaluation. Tendonitis, autoimmune arthritis, or some type of posttraumatic problem are considerations. If you are doing a non-required repetitive activity with your wrists, then reduce this activity for 3-4 weeks.
