Other test: Ecg can be normal and you may still have a tachyarrhythmias. A holter test( 24 hr rate and rhythmic check of your heart ) will be a good idea. Write down, while you use the monitor, your symptoms an time they occur.

Look further: Normal ekg and echo are not enough to dismiss your symptoms. You need to explore further. A session of multifunction cardiogram may help! http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/multifunction_cardiogram.
