After 2 months of wearin orthotics due to knee injury i'm getting very bad arch and ancle pain and weakness? it fells sharp and achey

Arch pain: If they are custom orthotics you may need to get them adjusted but if they are over the counter from a retail store and not from a doctor i suggest you invest in a custom pair of orthotics. Foot orthotics are like eyeglasses they have to be very specific or they can actually cause problems.

Orthotics need : To broken in and not worn for long periods of time the first few days. Nevertheless, their function is to help not hurt, go back to your doctor and inform them of your situation. Perhaps they need adjustment.
