Concerning: Having a "pause" of 4-5 seconds coupled with an associated symptom, particularly lightheadedness is worrisome enough that i would recommend at least a visit to an urgent care center, or better, a local er.

Episodes of chest pain, SOB, dizziness. During an active episode, HR 124bpm, BP 149/70. PCP said ECG was okay. But the ECG report signed off by cardiologist says ST abnormality possibly digitalis effect, but I'm not on digitalis therapy. Advice?
I feel lightheaded daily. Not dizzy just groggy. Been to ENT, neurologist, and cardiologist. MRI of brain clear, ecg, Holter and echocardiogram clear.
