No yes and no: You can not put enamel back on teeth but you can add bond composite to teeth, in many cases composite would be adequate enough cosmetically and strong enough functionally but in some cases depending on the bite of the person veneers or crowns would be a stronger option.

Unfortunately not: There is no synthetic enamel or means to grow enamel. There are some remineralizing dentifrices available -otc and rx -- the best one perhaps being mi paste, but none that will lengthen teeth. Esthetic options are composite veneers or porcelain / ceramic veneers - all types these days. Best to consult with your dentist. Hope this helps and thanks for the question.
