Start with PCP: Start with your primary doctor - talk about your concerns. Ask if he/she has some ideas: meds, etc. Also ask if they can recommend a counsellor. You're not crazy, but you need someone to help you get past this road block. If there is a group called "food addicts anonymous" in your area, they can be very helpful (not overeaters anonymous-that's a different group). You can do this! good luck.
