Sight of food bloats: Consider reflux, H pylori, gallbladder disease, food intolerance, rarely lymphoma, etiologies as gastric/pancreatic masses are rare at your age. The there could be psychological causes are you trying to lose weight?Have body image issues?Taunted about weight ?That you are drinking is good should be 2.5-3.5 liters water/ gatorade so not to dilute sodium.Follow up this week with doctor/urgent care
