Alcohol's Effects: Alcohol is a diuretic...Making you pee off fluids through your kidneys. It is also a depressant and can really make moodiness or depression worse. So, if you are dehydrated both of the heart symptoms you describe above will be made worse with alcohol...Everything else being normal.
