Hi i have a sharp pin pointed pain about a inch from my belly button on the left everytime i bend down it almost feels like i'm squashing something?

Maybe: Get examined there can be a hernia in that area spigelian could be squishy any prior surgery could have a defect. Rectus muscle tear? Working out? Good history and physical exam encouraged.
