U should have alread: Already called your doctor , so call your doc now as your doc will advise what he wants you to use as you should have already had a bowel movement by now, all of my patients start chewing gum 2 hours after csection as that helps prevent constipation and i send all of my pts home on stool softeners so please call your OB tonight as u do not want to end up with an obstruction or fecal impaction.
