Alcohol and Sleep: Alcohol is bad for sleep always. Drinking to black out is not sleep. If one drinks to fall asleep their sleep will be disturbed and not get to all of the restful cycles or stages of sleep. The answer that is the correct answer is that all alcohol use is bad for sleep.
