Cirrhosis: 33F from Or states husband sleeping 16-18 hrs a day not eating and has cirrhosis. No other symptoms. Asks: is it an emergency. Need more info such as is he yellow, does he have ascites? Would worry about hepatic coma which is an emergency. I would call his team tonight.
