Is it often possible that klebsiella pneumoniae has been wrongly identified as e-coli in urine culture report?

Unlikely: Speciation of bacterial colonies grown in a urine culture is pretty accurate. Of course, mislabeled specimens (e.g. From another patient) and other such processing errors can occur, but this would be uncommon. Your results are probably correct.
