Probably acid burn: The throat tissues are much less resistant to acid injury than the esophagus. Even one acid exposure can cause long lingering throat symptoms.Highly unlikely to have permanent injury.

Not permanently: Give it a little time, and the traumatized mucosa will heal itself from the stomach acid that caused the irritation.
