Time will tell: This is standard work up for seizure. Mri will look for an anatomic abnormality. The eeg will look for a functional abnormality ("misfiring brain cells"). Since they feel an MRI is necessary, tumor or bleed is unlikely. There's no way to tell what is wrong until all the testing is done.
