A member asked:

Spasm at prostate region, highly fatigued, pain at tibial bones. are these due to prostate problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Prostatitis likely: Your symptoms fit the profile of prostatitis. When the prostate swells, which being seated for long time can cause, it triggers irritation to bladder. Urgency/frequency of urination and a variable stream are the norm. Pain involves the tip of the penis, groins, testicles, low back and perineum. If you have fever or are unable to pee, then go to the er immediately. Otherwise see a urologist soon.
