Stress of any kind: Infection is stress and it sounds like you have the start of one-any stress emotional or physican can mess around with your hormones and potentially delay it, but if you are sexually active then you have to think about pregnancy too. I would wait a few days before checking a pregnancy test bcause your period may still come.
