It depends: You should discuss this with your treating neurosurgeon. It may be just muscular pain but the urgency would be fluid building up in a cavity outside of the peritoneum.

Have it evaluated: When you say mobile pain, it sounds like you mean pain with mobility.This would suggest muscle pain from the surgery. This may be from the incision that was done to insert the shunt in to the abdomen.If you mean that the pain moves around the belly even when laying still, this could suggest irritation inside by the tube or the spinal fluid from the shunt.Either way, the situation should be checked.
