Not too tight: As long as it is not too tight (meaning you can feel your toes and not cutting off circulation), i would keep it on. It is difficult to keep the foot elevated while you're asleep, so the compression wrap will help with the swelling. Be sure to ice for 20 minutes at a time, take the ibuprofen, and get plenty of rest.
