Options are many: See a psychiatrist, who can best determine what type of depression you are suffering from. Do you have a medical condition causing your depression? Is it unipolar or bipolar depression? Are your symptoms severe enough to warrant antidepressant medication, or is psychotherapy the treatment of choice? What kind of psychotherapy? Which antidepressant? What about light treatment? Many options.
