See below: Do have you neurogenic bladder or have problems with severe vaginal dryness or incontinence/retention issues? I can see where an ANA would be drawn, but usually there are other symptoms that are present at the same time.

Possible: It depends on your history and symptons...But there are some bladder conditions that are associated with inflammatory or autoimmune disorders.
