Elevated ANA nucleo: Why was the test done? What symptoms ? 1;320 is usually considered elevated . Did they do Scl or anti-centromere or Topo I or antiRNA polymerase III, anti- U2 RNP, anti- Th these are also markers of scleroderma./CREST. Liver/GI disease Crohns, ,other autoimmune diseases like thyroid , meds liek Dilantin , procaine, hydralazine can elevate ANA . Rrepeat in 2-4 week f/u/ w/ rheumatolog
