A member asked:

Is ana pattern nucleolar with a negative ena always diffuse scleroderma no symptoms

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The nucleolar ANA pattern may pop up in a variety of situations, or even fairly low titers in healthy people. And the test is easy to do wrong. This isn't even much of a prediction that you'll develop signs of scleroderma in the future.
