Head Pain: People under stress tend to clench their teeth. The area of the muscle that contracts more can pinch some nerves and can cause discomfort. If this condition recurs and you are a healthy individual who exercises, and eats proper diet, visit a TMJ dentist. If not, see your md to have a blood chem panel done if you haven't seen one for awhile.

Best to see MD: When it doubt, it is always best to see your physician for an evaluation, especially if its been awhile since your last medical checkup. Without personally evaluating you, no one can know if this is an indication of some problem or not.
