Looking at the: Genitalia is the way i was taught by african-american nursery nurses when i was in training. Especially in boys, they'd note a brownish color of the scrotum & gleefully inform me, "he's got the blood!" i can't remember their ever being wrong on the kids i followed through infancy & childhood.
