Blood vessel: Certainly sounds like you're feeling your pulse in your pelvis which is certainly an unusual place to feel it. You're too young to have an atherosclerotic aneurysm but an aneurysm would come to mind. Rare diseases can cause it in young people, like a vasculitis such as periarteritis nodosa. You should get checked out.
