When i look closely at my face, about 1 inch down from my eye it looks like theres a pulsing under my skin. my muscles arent twitching and i dont even feel it. almost looks like a heartbeat type rhythm. what could this be?

Simple test: Take your pulse and watch your face. If the pulsation on your face has the same timing as your pulse, it's a small artery that's just under the skin. The radial pulse may be slightly before or after the pulsation in your face because the distances from your heart to your wrist and to your face are different.
