My left arm feels a tingling sensation , it bothers me&this tends to happen every time i get upset or stress too much, i am only 22, what can this be?

See a doctor: Although highly unlikely at your age, cardiac symptoms can occur in anybody. The pain often radiates to the left arm. More likely, however, is that under stress you are holding your posture in a position which puts pressure on a nerve ending either in the cervical spine or the shoulder. See a doctor and get this worked out. Hope you are better soon.
