These are very common symptoms of panic, and if you have been cleared of having cardiac disease, can be treated. The most difficult part is fearing the panic attack, which has the potential to be severely disabling. Seek help, but avoid Benzodiazepines other than very short (30) term. They can make the problem worse. See an experienced therapist.
